This allows DealAgent’s AI agents to automatically link the potential customer data they acquire on their websites to the Salesforce database used by companies, enabling centralized management and efficiency of sales activities.
This collaboration enables two-way data sharing between DealAgent and Salesforce. By integrating customer contact data from your website with data from your sales management system, you can easily provide consistent online customer service from marketing to sales.

Automatic linking of lead data
DealAgent automatically sends new inquiry data acquired via AI chat on the website to Salesforce in real time. In the future, by linking detailed information such as conversation logs and interests within the AI chat, we aim to supplement CRM/SFA with data on direct customer interests that could not previously be acquired.
Complementing customer information
By linking corporate information stored in セールスフォース to DealAgent, you can automatically fill in information such as company name, department, and job title using email addresses as a key, allowing you to grasp customer information with greater accuracy.
