Commune Inc. has launched Commune Global, a full scale support service for Japanese companies expanding overseas, including North America and Southeast Asia. The service is built to solve one core problem that keeps repeating in global expansion. Companies go abroad without really understanding local customers.
Commune Global offers one stop support, starting from customer understanding to strategy design, execution, and long term community management. The goal is to help overseas businesses move away from selling without feedback and toward building businesses that grow with loyal users.
The background is hard to ignore. Japan’s population is shrinking fast, pushing more companies to look overseas. At the same time, many of these overseas ventures shut down within a decade. A major reason is that success in Japan often blinds companies to different customer needs abroad.

Commune brings experience from operating in the US since 2022 and supporting communities across multiple regions. The service uses consumer voice analysis, content and communication design, hands on social media operations, and community platforms to build trust and loyalty.
Rather than acting only as a consultant, コミューン works alongside client teams and supports coordination between Japan headquarters and local staff. Ahead of the launch, Commune is already supporting COLOPL’s new game business marketing in North America from October 2025.
