Anritsu Corporation has provided Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. (MSI) with a signal quality evaluation solution for high-speed digital interfaces such as the PCI Express® (PCIe®) standard.
In recent years, the rapid spread of AI and IoT technologies has led to a dramatic increase in data transmission volume. This has led to demand for even higher speeds and larger capacities for high-speed digital interfaces such as PCIe, USB, and DisplayPort, which are widely used in servers, data centers, and even consumer products. Against this backdrop, MSI faced key challenges in developing servers and motherboards that support next-generation interface standards, while also ensuring digital signal quality and improving development efficiency.
これらの問題を解決するために MSI adopted Anritsu’s Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A and Vector Network Analyzer MS46524B. Using these two products, they created a comprehensive environment that can evaluate digital signal quality from both the time axis (e.g., bit error rate) and the frequency axis (e.g., S-parameters). This ensures the signal quality of high-speed digital interfaces and devices installed in the system, while also improving development efficiency.
