LogStare Collector Expands Support to APRESIA Systems

LogStare Inc. announced a partnership with APRESIA Systems Inc. to expand compatibility of its security operations software, LogStare Collector, with APRESIA’s ApresiaNP Series and ApresiaLight GM200/GM300 Series network switches.

LogStare Collector is an all-in-one security operations solution that integrates network monitoring, Syslog server functionality, and Windows log management. It is particularly valued for its user-friendly setup through auto-scan, a comprehensive extended MIB monitoring database, automated maintenance, and intuitive interface that reduces the learning curve for new users.

With this update, LogStare Collector can now seamlessly support APRESIA’s highly reliable and feature-rich Layer 2 switches, including the ApresiaNP Series and the ApresiaLight GM200/GM300 Series designed for small-scale deployments. By leveraging LogStare Collector, users can easily initiate switch performance monitoring and visualize real-time performance data and internal temperature. This capability helps identify and address less visible network issues such as communication delays and hardware malfunctions.
