Dassault Systèmes announced that it has installed a dedicated space for TELEPORT 1/1, a consulting service developed by Dassault Systèmes that utilizes a collaborative immersive VR experience, at the Dassault Systèmes Osaki office.
TELEPORT 1/1 is a solution that brings together Dassault Systèmes’ long-standing expertise in virtual twin technology and 3D design, embodying sustainability, efficiency, and safety. Users put on headsets and simultaneously enter a VR space from their physical office space, allowing multiple people to move and interact while feeling each other’s presence. They experience an immersive collaborative environment at the same scale as an actual manufacturing site or building under construction. Furthermore, by enabling on-site review of designs and decision-making, projects can be advanced more safely and efficiently. TELEPORT 1/1 is expected to be used by a wide range of industries and organizations, including private companies in the construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors, as well as research, education, and public institutions.
Dassault Systèmes has been developing a life-size immersive VR application, TELEPORT 1/1, since 2018. Currently, TELEPORT 1/1 centers are located at the Paris Museum of Architecture and Cultural Heritage, “Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine,” and at Dassault Systèmes’ headquarters in Vélizy-Villacoublay, near Paris, promoting scientific heritage research and technological innovation. In 2024, Dassault Systèmes partnered with COFREX, the French exhibition company in charge of the France Pavilion at the 2025 World Exposition in Japan (Osaka-Kansai Expo), to use TELEPORT 1/1 as a silver sponsor of the pavilion and support the design of the pavilion. TELEPORT 1/1 enabled the creation of a virtual twin of the France Pavilion, enabling a safer and more efficient design. Meetings using TELEPORT 1/1 not only allowed architects, spatial designers, and other project management personnel to review and make decisions within the VR space, but also allowed public and private partners outside the architectural field to participate in the design through TELEPORT 1/1.

Philippe Godbeu, President and CEO of Dassault Systèmes, said, “We are honored to unveil TELEPORT 1/1 at their Osaki office. We will provide consulting services within TELEPORT 1/1, utilizing virtual twin technology for sensing computing. This solution will enable stakeholders to design and consider future facilities and buildings while experiencing them together, bringing innovative decision-making methods to the industrial sector. Furthermore, it can be used across industry boundaries, including construction, manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare, and urban and infrastructure.”
Through the introduction of TELEPORT 1/1, ダッソー・システムズ aims to further popularize virtual twin technology in the Japanese market and accelerate digital transformation in the construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. Furthermore, by allowing more customers to experience its innovation and value through TELEPORT 1/1, Dassault Systèmes will provide new perspectives on the future of manufacturing and urban development.
