Asuene Co., Ltd. has entered into a business partnership agreement with ERM Japan Co., Ltd., a company with a proven track record in consulting in the field of sustainability for global companies.
As the need for sustainability information disclosure in line with SSBJ standards grows, this agreement will enable support for advanced sustainability initiatives through the collaboration of our CO2 emissions visualization, reduction, and reporting cloud service “ASUENE,” and the specialized consulting support of ERM Japan and ERM SuMi TRUST Consulting Co., Ltd., a joint venture between ERM Japan and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited.
Background to the business partnership agreement
Companies are being asked to establish systems for accurately disclosing sustainability information. In Japan, from the fiscal year ending March 2027, disclosure in accordance with the SSBJ standards will be gradually made mandatory for companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market. Under these circumstances, there is a need for both a system that can precisely calculate and disclose data such as CO2 emissions, and consulting services that can promote optimal responses toward disclosure.

Our “ASUENE” has been ranked No. 1 in total adoption in Japan for three consecutive years, providing one-stop support for companies’ decarbonization and ESG management, from visualization to reporting.
