東京大学とデンソーがAIものづくりプログラムを開始

東京大学大学院工学系研究科と株式会社デンソーは、2025年4月1日より、社会連携プログラム「先端AI技術による持続可能な生産システム基盤の構築」を共同で立ち上げました。本連携は、日本が誇るリーン生産技術をデジタル化・AI化することで、次世代生産システムの新たな運用基盤の構築を目指すものです。

The initiative directly addresses critical challenges facing Japan’s manufacturing industry, including a declining labor force and the difficulty of transferring the “tacit knowledge” of skilled experts. By fully leveraging the vast amounts of data generated at production sites, this program aims to unlock significant opportunities for enhanced productivity and innovation.

を統合することで 東京大学‘s cutting-edge AI research with デンソー‘s deep manufacturing expertise, the program will focus on key areas. It will systematize data analysis processes into reusable knowledge and develop AI to automatically analyze production anomalies and propose countermeasures. The research will also establish methods for sustainable knowledge management to ensure continuous system evolution. A key outcome will be the application of these findings to educational programs designed to cultivate future talent, ensuring the long-term competitiveness and resilience of the manufacturing sector.
