Spectee Inc., a resilience tech startup, has entered into a strategic business alliance with Asuene Inc., a leading company in the sustainability field, to strengthen and sell supply chain resilience solutions, primarily for the manufacturing industry. In addition, Spectee is pleased to announce that it has accepted capital investment from Asuene.
In recent years, the environment surrounding the manufacturing industry has changed dramatically. While there is a need to respond to structural societal demands such as decarbonization and the advancement of ESG information disclosure, sudden external risks such as the increasing severity of natural disasters and disruptions to supply chains due to rising geopolitical risks have also become commonplace.
Companies now need to address two crucial issues simultaneously and in an integrated manner: “responding to sustainability” and “strengthening supply chains.”

This partnership will integrate ASUENE’s “ASUENE SUPPLY CHAIN,” which provides decarbonization support and ESG evaluation services in the supply chain domain , with Spectee’s “Spectee SCR,” a cloud-based supply chain risk management service for the manufacturing industry. Through mutual sales and joint proposals by both companies, we aim to create a platform that visualizes the entire supply chain and enables the cross-sectional understanding and management of environmental, human rights, and governance risks, as well as operational risks such as disasters, geopolitics, and accidents. Our goal is to establish a new standard for “supply chain resilience” in the manufacturing industry.
Furthermore, this partnership is highly significant because it involves collaboration between two rapidly growing technology startups. By combining AsuEne, a leader in sustainability, and Spectee, a leader in resilience, we aim to establish a new standard for creating value across domains, leveraging speed and technology.
アスエネ そして スペクティー will continue to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry and realizing a sustainable society through data collaboration and joint proposals.
