BitQuark Corporation has announced a new service called “recosee,” which provides real-time insight into production status, inventory levels, and deviations from plans at production sites, and supports improvement activities.
This software service organizes and visualizes data recorded in daily operations at production sites, such as production results and inventory levels, in chronological order, and enables users to understand any discrepancies with pre-established production plans (including existing plans created in Excel, etc.).The purpose of this service is to support consideration of improvements by sharing the status of the site and visualizing issues.
“recosee,” provided by BitQuark Corporation, organizes and visualizes process events, such as “at which process,” “when,” and “what kind of event” in addition to production results and inventory levels, by process. Furthermore, by utilizing AI to estimate the causes of deviations from plans and changes in hourly output, it proposes approaches to estimating causes on-site. These functions, for example, can be constantly displayed on large monitors at the manufacturing site, helping to create an environment where all involved parties can grasp the current situation while viewing the same indicators and the same screen, making it easier to decide on the next course of action.

In addition, by linking with the company’s production process simulator “assimee,” it is possible to grasp in a timely manner the differences between the simulated values (flow conditions) preliminarily examined by assimee and the actual results, which can be used as a starting point for considering improvement activities (identifying causes and considering countermeasures) that focus on the differences.
