Vantiq Inc. and NTT ExC Partner Corporation will expand their strategic partnership to enhance the functionality and expand into the general market for “YourNAVI -QAI- General Affairs,” a back-office support solution that utilizes the Company’s generation AI and RAG (Search Augmentation Generator) integration technology.
This expanded partnership will enable both companies to develop technologies that allow deployment in on-premises environments, in addition to their existing SaaS offerings, in order to address the diverse security policies and infrastructure environments of businesses. This will allow them to leverage the knowledge gained through operations within the NTT Group and officially launch a sales business for the general market.
Purpose and background of the partnership
With the declining workforce, streamlining back-office operations has become a common management challenge for many companies. On the other hand, due to the nature of operations such as human resources and general affairs, which handle highly confidential information, many companies consider using AI only on the premise of operating it within a secure, on-premise environment.

To meet these market needs, our company and NTT ExC partners will further strengthen their collaboration and advance the development of solutions that make full use of our flexible integration technology. We will promote the development of deployment models that operate securely not only as SaaS but also in on-premises environments.
Furthermore, starting this year, NTT ExC Partner will be gradually rolling out “YourNAVI -QAI- General Affairs” to the general market. By combining the practical know-how cultivated through its use within the NTT Group with our AI orchestration and multi-domain integration technologies, we will build a system to support back-office DX for a wide range of companies.
Moving forward, in parallel with improving inquiry handling capabilities, we will continue research and development to enhance the functionality of our AI as an “AI agent” that autonomously supports application processing and data entry. In the future, we aim to improve practical support in the HR domain and are also considering building a “multi-AI agent” environment that allows for mutual cooperation with AI agents from other departments according to the customer’s business needs, thereby contributing to the realization of next-generation work styles for companies.
