SmartHR Co., Ltd. has started working with Teachme Biz, the manual creation and sharing system from Studyst Co., Ltd., by integrating it into the ID management function of its cloud-based HR and labor software, SmartHR.
SaaS adoption keeps growing as companies push digital transformation, but inside most IT departments, account management is still painfully manual. Every joiner, leaver, or internal transfer means someone has to create, update, or delete accounts by hand. It slows teams down and creates real security risks, especially when accounts of former employees are forgotten and left active.
このコラボレーションで Teachme Biz account management can now be handled directly through SmartHR’s ID management function. Teachme Biz account information is displayed in SmartHR based on employee joining, leaving, and transfer data. Tasks like checking account inventories, issuing new accounts, and terminating old ones, which were previously manual, can now be completed accurately without gaps.

This helps prevent missed deletions, reduces unnecessary license costs by quickly removing unused accounts, and cuts down on the administrative load. Account management is one of those invisible jobs that eats up time for administrators and system admins. By removing repetitive confirmation and input work, this collaboration allows them to focus on what actually matters, developing people and improving on-site operations.
