SmartHR Co., Ltd. has started working with Teachme Biz, the manual creation and sharing system from Studyst Co., Ltd., by integrating it into the ID management function of its cloud-based HR and labor software, SmartHR.

Tasks like checking account inventories, issuing new accounts, and terminating old ones, which were previously manual, can now be completed accurately without gaps.

This helps prevent missed deletions, reduces unnecessary license costs by quickly removing unused accounts, and cuts down on the administrative load. Account management is one of those invisible jobs that eats up time for administrators and system admins.
