Birdeye, a cloud-based asset management service provided by Japan Open Systems, has begun system integration with SmartHR, a cloud-based human resources and labor software provided by SmartHR Co., Ltd.
In many companies, human resources and labor personnel are responsible for managing assets and equipment such as PCs, employee ID cards, and uniforms provided to employees. As the number of employees increases, the number of loaned items (corporate assets and equipment) also increases, making management complicated and some companies face challenges such as not being able to manage them properly. In particular, human error is likely to occur when preparing assets when employees join the company or collecting assets when they leave.

Against this backdrop, our company’s “Birdeye” has begun collaborating with “SmartHR.” By properly linking asset information registered in “Birdeye” with employee information registered in “SmartHR,” asset lending at the time of joining and asset collection at the time of retirement will become more efficient, preventing the loss of valuable assets. This will reduce the amount of work that HR and labor personnel spend on asset management, providing an environment where they can focus on more essential tasks.
