BetaMind Forms Business Alliance with VANso of Adways

BetaMind Inc., which provides the recruitment AI agent service “Recruit Kimarukun” that utilizes generative AI, has entered into a business partnership agreement with VANso Inc., a subsidiary of Adways Inc.

As a result, VANso will gradually begin providing direct recruiting support using “Kaiyo Kimarukun” in its human resources support business, which began in July 2025.

VANso was established with the aim of creating new value for companies and individuals in an increasingly uncertain human resources market by maximizing the potential of HRTech and the human resources expertise cultivated by the Adways Group.

Through this business partnership, VANso will develop a direct recruiting support business using “Recruit Kimarukun” and help create an environment where companies can find the best talent more accurately and quickly.

In response to the challenges of “highly accurate candidate identification” and “one-to-one approach,” which could not be fully addressed through conventional uniform job postings and scout emails, VANso has built an AI agent dedicated to the job posting process, which automates the extraction and approach of candidates with high match potential based on the content of the job posting, aiming to provide a more value-added recruitment support service by utilizing “Kaiyo Kimaru-kun.”
