Shukatsu Kaigi launched a new service called ‘Shukatsu Kaigi Jobs,’ and apparently it’s tied to Rikunabi through a partnership, so now company reviews, job info, and actual applications all show up in one place for students doing shukatsu.
Basically, the service links Shukatsu Kaigi’s big storehouse of company reviews, entry sheet insights, and candidate experiences with Rikunabi’s own recruiting tools and company listings. That means students can look up employers, see what other applicants had to say, check available openings, and then apply directly, without bouncing around between multiple websites.
The two companies also say this partnership is the first of its type where Rikunabi works directly with a graduate recruitment media platform that’s outside the Indeed Group. And they add the service exists because there’s a bigger, growing issue in the job market, where students often start by leaning on review sites and social media to get a feel for workplace conditions, but then once they’re ready to apply they end up switching over to separate job portals anyway.

So, by mixing real user experiences with the more official recruitment details, the platform tries to smooth out the whole job hunt, lower the ‘friction’ during both research and applications, and help students choose more wisely about potential employers across Japan.
