東京ソーシャルファームの認定をいただき、本当にありがとうございます。2024年には新たなメンバーも増え、デジレハの船はさらに一歩加速していると感じています。
DigiReha has members and family members who are defined as “people with difficulty finding employment.” In this society where anyone can become a person with difficulty finding employment, I want to continue to provide working styles that meet their wishes, no matter what happens to working members and their families, including myself. Of course, working styles change as life stages change. I was always thinking about how to provide an environment where people can continue to work flexibly, and that’s why I applied to a social farm.
We believe that creating an environment where “people with employment difficulties” can work in a way that suits them will lead to the foundation for the long-term employment of the necessary human resources at DigiReha. For us, “employment” is the same as “adding to the family.” That’s why we conduct at least three recruitment interviews, including interviews for all applicants, and provide thorough support for members and interviews after they join the company.

東京都認証ソーシャルファームとは？
東京都認証ソーシャルファームとは、障がい者、ひとり親家庭、ひきこもり経験者など、就労が困難な人を20%以上雇用している社会的企業です。
東京都は、適切な配慮がなされることを前提に、障害者や高齢者という枠組みを超えて、様々な就労困難者の自立を総合的に支援することを目的として、2019年12月に「東京都ソーシャルファーム条例」を制定しました。条例制定を受け、2021年3月に東京都認定のソーシャルファームが誕生。
