The company is pleased to announce that it will begin providing “Kaikura” on an OEM basis with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the real estate rental brokerage business.

Based on this track record, from November 2024, we have been in discussions to provide the CTI function of “Kaikura” to “Nomad Cloud,” a sales support system for real estate rental brokerage provided by Itanji, and will officially start providing it from April 2025.

“Nomad Cloud” is a cloud-based customer management system that helps streamline real estate rental brokerage operations, allowing for centralized management of operations. With this OEM provision, call logs with customers are automatically registered in “Nomad Cloud,” and past call content can be viewed and played back on the customer details screen, making it possible to improve business efficiency and customer service.
