Ajira Inc., the company that develops and provides AI Security asilla with the mission of creating a safe and comfortable world through the power of technology, and JR Kyushu Secom Co., Ltd., a JR Kyushu Group company that provides security services like on-site facility security and sells security equipment mainly in the Kyushu region, have announced that they have entered into a sales partnership agreement for AI Security asilla. The two companies want to build a next-generation security system that uses both AI and people and solve the problems that the security industry is facing, like labor shortages and an aging workforce.
Under this agreement, JR Kyushu Secom will handle the sales of AI Security asilla and also help with implementing it. They will make proposals and design the system based on how many cameras a facility has, how big it is, and other things needed to set it up. They will also help with integrating AI Security asilla into existing security systems and train security guards on how to operate it.
They will work with the monitoring center, which runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, or during whatever hours the facility chooses, and they will keep working to improve the accuracy of AI detection over time. The main customers they are targeting are commercial facilities, medical and welfare facilities, educational institutions, office buildings and complexes, and public transportation facilities. Sales will start gradually from December 2025.

Recently, the demand for facility safety and compliance has been going up, but the security industry is having serious problems. There are chronic labor shortages and the security guards who work on-site are getting older. This is making the work harder and increasing the workload, so there is a need to make security both better and more efficient. At the same time, security is shifting from being mostly people-centered to using more technology. JR Kyushu Secom saw these changes in the industry and decided to partner with Ajira to bring next-generation security using AI Security asilla.
In the future, Ajira and JR Kyushu Secom will try to make AI Security asilla a solution that is used locally. They want to help security guards do their jobs more efficiently and make it so people using facilities can feel safe and comfortable.
AIセキュリティ asilla itself is a system that uses AI to look at existing security camera footage and detect abnormal behaviors like violence, falls, or intrusion and also warning behaviors like wandering, congestion, or poor health in real time. The AI continuously looks at the video wall around the clock for 365 days in a year. It makes the guards less stressed, which in return allows them to react in a faster way and with more precision.
