Specifically, through a unique M&A approach and value-up method utilizing AI and big data, the company acquires IT businesses that have been carefully nurtured by entrepreneurs and helps them grow into businesses that are utilized by a wider range of people and create sustainable value. After the succession, FUNDiT itself will continuously improve the business operations and maximize the business value.
Small and medium-sized advertising-related companies in Japan are a suitable market for roll-ups. This is because there are many potential acquisition targets but a lack of buyers that come to mind first, and because the small and medium-sized advertising industry is somewhat stagnant, acquisition prices are cheap relative to EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization).
