Infcurion Inc. has partnered with EPARK Inc. to launch a new B2B payment service, “EPARK Bill Card Payment,” aimed at streamlining invoice payments and improving cash flow for businesses. The service leverages Infcurion’s bill payment platform, Winvoice, providing a one-stop solution for all aspects of bill card payments, including system operations and development support.
In Japan, corporate transactions are typically settled via bank transfers, with invoice payments often requiring the payer to maintain sufficient cash on hand and the biller to wait around a month to receive funds. This delay poses particular challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises and freelancers, directly impacting business management. B2B payment services, which pay invoices on behalf of the payer and allow payments by card, have recently emerged as a solution to these cash flow issues.
Industries with fast daily sales cycles, such as restaurants and medical clinics, experience these challenges acutely. EPARK, which provides reservation services across various sectors including dining, medical care, and wellness, supports approximately 50,000 affiliated stores. Many of these stores have voiced a strong need for more flexible payment solutions to maintain healthy cash flow.
