Freee Corporation has begun integrating freee Accounting with “Otsuka Shokai Customer My Page,” provided by Otsuka Shokai Co., Ltd.
The 300,000 companies that use Otsuka Shokai’s services will no longer need to download invoices when making transactions, reducing the effort required to enter invoice information.
In addition, the integration of “Otsuka Shokai Customer My Page” with freee Accounting will be the first time that the software will be integrated with accounting software.

Streamline operations by automatically transferring invoices issued by Otsuka Shokai to freee Accounting
“Otsuka Shokai Customer My Page” is a portal site that provides information for customers who use Otsuka Shokai, from checking and changing contract details, to support information on various IT solutions, to a wide range of services that are useful for work.
Previously, customers who did business with Otsuka Shokai had to manually save invoices issued on their “Otsuka Shokai Customer My Page” or received from sales in their accounting software and post them as accounting entries. This resulted in invoice collection costs and input errors during the posting process.
By linking with フリー Accounting, customers who make purchases through Otsuka Shokai can automatically create accounting entries using OCR in freee Accounting’s File Box, without having to download invoices from their “Otsuka Shokai Customer My Page.”
This will streamline the process of entering invoices into accounting software, and will also improve the efficiency of invoice storage and transfer operations.
