Nowcast Inc., a member of the Finatext Group that realizes embedded finance through the provision of next-generation financial infrastructure, has built a generative AI environment called “AI-MO” exclusively for employees of MST Insurance Services Inc., a comprehensive insurance agency for corporations. Various functions that take into consideration security issues specific to insurance agencies have also been customized and implemented, and the system has been used by approximately 1,000 employees of MST Insurance Services since May 2025.
In the insurance industry, business transformation using generative AI has been drawing much attention, but MST Insurance Services, which has approximately 24,000 corporate clients nationwide, was faced with the challenge of building a dedicated environment for utilizing generative AI in its operations while ensuring strict protection of customer and personal information while meeting the high security standards required of a financial institution.In addition, the company wanted to create an environment that would contribute to “customer-oriented” business operations by upgrading and streamlining daily operations such as document creation, data organization, corporate research, and internal information searches, and by using the time saved as a result to maximize the time spent interacting with customers and further improving the quality and value of the operations it delivers to its customers.

Nowcast is developing a data AI solution business that uses generative AI and data to provide end-to-end support for companies’ digital transformation (DX). To date, the company has supported the improvement and sophistication of business operations at various companies, including in the financial industry, through the construction of dedicated data infrastructure, assessments, and the development of sales support tools using generative AI. In addition, group company Smart Plus Small Amount and Short-Term Insurance Co., Ltd. is developing an insurance business, and Finatext Inc.’s SaaS-based digital insurance system “Inspire” has been introduced to MST Insurance Service’s corporate insurance sales platform “OneSure”.
