Hitachi Solutions West Japan has launched its ‘Electronic Request Slip Service for Financial Institutions.’ This cloud-based platform helps regional banks, credit unions, and similar groups manage admin tasks more easily. Launching on September 26, this service scans QR codes to turn paper slips and request forms into digital data. It cuts out manual keystrokes, which lowers the chance of human error. The system creates data in Zengin format. This data easily connects with accounting systems. As a result, it boosts efficiency for both branches and administration.
The service tackles major issues in finance. Labor shortages and regulatory pressures continue to challenge small and medium-sized businesses. Many still depend on paper processes. The platform speeds up admin tasks by digitizing workflows. It keeps customer interactions at the counter the same. This change saves about 15 minutes for each item. It cuts down on data entry, verification, and document handling.
