Itochu Techno-Solutions Corporation (CTC) has unveiled its latest offering, “C-NOAH,” a cloud-based service designed to provide financial institutions with business applications and system infrastructure. Announced on the 23rd, the service includes credit management, loan support applications, and a secure system infrastructure tailored to meet the stringent security standards of the financial sector, delivered in a SaaS (Software as a Service) format.

A standout feature of C-NOAH is its support for Small Specialist Models (SSMs)—relatively compact generative AI systems fine-tuned for specialized industries or tasks. By integrating multiple SSMs, organizations can obtain highly accurate and tailored insights, such as data extraction and risk analysis. The system also includes an “AI agent” capability, enabling the AI to autonomously select the most suitable SSM for a given task. This dynamic mechanism enhances the system’s ability to handle complex operations by adapting to the context, background, and situational nuances, ultimately boosting operational efficiency.
