TIS Inc. announced on the 5th that it has signed a partnership agreement with Pegasystems, a US company, in January 2025. TIS will provide solutions planning, implementation support, and post-implementation operation and maintenance using Pegasystems’ “Pega Infinity” which combines low-code development and BPM (business process management) functions, mainly for companies in the financial industry that require a highly flexible and agile front-end and companies with complex business processes, thereby achieving efficient front-end development, visualization, improvement, and automation of business processes. Until now, TIS has been promoting the modernization of back-end languages from legacy languages such as COBOL to Java for companies with mission-critical business operations, such as financial institutions, through its “Xenlon – Shenlong Modernization Service.” On the other hand, it has been found that there is also a need for front-end development, visualization, improvement, and automation of business processes, such as Pega Infinity, due to the need for diversifying market and customer needs and irregular and sudden product revisions. Therefore, TIS has signed a partnership agreement with Pegasystems to build a highly flexible and agile front-end using Pega Infinity, and for the back-end that requires mobility and robustness , it will continue to use the “Xenlon – Shenlong Modernization Service” to build it, thereby supporting the modernization of core systems that better meet the needs of customers. TIS will provide solutions using Pega Infinity, including planning, implementation support, and post-implementation operation and maintenance. Pega Infinity adopts a case management method to easily add and delete flows and detailed items. It can quickly respond to business flow renewal and management policy changes, improving customer engagement . It also has enterprise-type generative AI, which enables high-quality and efficient business process development, such as automatic generation of test data and automation of user interface design. It also comes standard with an API that can be linked to major CRM tools, etc., allowing you to link various systems and workflows without additional development, and easily connect to the front-end of various services with low code.
