Infomart Corporation そして FutureIn Co., Ltd. will integrate Infomart’s BtoB Platform Invoice with FutureIn’s AMAS public enterprise accounting system in January 2027. The partnership targets a common problem in local government finance, where invoice handling still involves manual work and paper-based processes.
The integration comes as amendments to the Electronic Bookkeeping Law and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ Local Government DX Promotion Plan push local authorities to digitize accounting operations and improve efficiency.
Under the new setup, invoice data received through BtoB Platform Invoice will flow directly into AMAS. Staff will no longer need to export invoices into PDF or CSV files before transferring the information. The process will cover invoice receipt, approval and payment processing within the accounting system.

Approval and payment teams will also be able to view invoice data and payment order vouchers centrally through AMAS. This is expected to reduce manual data entry, limit input errors and improve processing accuracy.
This is a move for accounting for public enterprises such as waterworks bureaus and public hospitals whose accounting requirements tend to be heavy. Connecting with invoice and payment is expected to lead to a paperless system and consolidate accounting procedures.
