ラジ・ナラヤナスワミ氏がGlobalLogicにSVP兼日本カントリーヘッドとして入社した

Raj Narayanaswamy has joined グローバルロジック, a Hitachi Group company, as Senior Vice President and Country Head for Japan, adding a new leadership appointment to the company’s operations in the country.

Narayanaswamy shared the career move on LinkedIn, highlighting his interest in GlobalLogic’s approach to digital transformation and the convergence of artificial intelligence, digital engineering and the physical world.

He brings more than 25 years of experience across engineering services, technology, sales and business leadership. Before joining GlobalLogic, Narayanaswamy served as Vice President and Country Head at L&T Technology Services in Tokyo. Earlier, he spent 18 years at HCL Technologies in various leadership positions.

His appointment comes as Japanese enterprises continue to invest in digital transformation while evaluating newer technologies such as AI, connected systems and advanced software engineering. These shifts are increasing the need for technology leaders who understand both global delivery models and the requirements of the Japanese market.
