This collaboration will allow personnel and employment information for electronic applications created on POSITIVE to be linked to Charlotte, optimizing personnel and labor operations, including not only the execution of electronic applications but also the management and operational tasks that arise from the applications. This will reduce the amount of work that has to be done manually or on paper even after electronic applications are submitted.
This integration is a system that outputs the personnel and employment information for applications created on POSITIVE to a file and connects it to Charlotte.

In addition to the electronic application function of “POSITIVE,” this integration enables business operations including post-application management, diversion to other procedures, and integration with peripheral tasks. It is particularly effective in tasks such as post-application data management, continuation procedures, and document correspondence with employees.
Charlotte is a cloud service specializing in electronic applications, supporting electronic applications and declarations for over 140 procedures. It enables businesses to move away from analog work and promote digital transformation by automatically sending documents such as maternal and child health handbooks and separation notices to employees’ smartphones.
This collaboration will enable companies to use application information created in “POSITIVE” while centralizing pre- and post-application management and operations on Charlotte.
This will enable the optimization of all HR and labor operations without separating the “electronic application execution” from the “subsequent business operations.”
