CapDo Japan has signed a sales partnership with Shannon for ‘Shakin,’ a new plan for Shannon’s marketing automation platform, SHANON MARKETING PLATFORM. The focus is helping small and medium-sized businesses use kintone and marketing automation together.
CapDo Japan has long supported digital transformation and business improvement centered on kintone. From past experience with MA tools, they learned that complex setup and operation often depend on a few staff members. When that happens, it becomes hard to keep initiatives going. As data grows, expectations rise, but the workload on the front line also grows. Sometimes, projects even had to be paused.
With AI becoming the norm, stopping digital marketing can mean losing opportunities over time. CapDo Japan looked at multiple options, domestic and international, to find something that would actually work in real operations. They settled on Shakin. It fits kintone well because it allows flexible no-code and low-code business processes. It is also practical for small and medium-sized business operations.

CapDo Japan has already introduced Shakin internally. Using this experience, as a sales partner, they will provide full support, from proposals to implementation and operation for kintone x Shakin. They also plan to expand proposals to their roughly 300 Cybozu-related clients, including about 70 in Tokyo, and support DX and AI adoption for SMEs across Kyushu and the rest of Japan.
