Rakus Debuts AI-Powered Expense Report Solution

Rakus has started the beta version of RakuRaku AI Agent for RakuRaku Settlement. It is a new feature that uses AI to handle expense reports automatically. The system looks at receipts, credit card statements, previous submissions and other related data. When you select a receipt on the app, the AI links all the relevant records, guesses the right account items, and checks if everything follows company rules. This cuts down on repetitive work and saves employees a lot of time.

Rakuraku Settlement is a cloud platform that manages all expense processes in one place. It covers transportation, travel and business trip expenses. The platform has been used by more than 20,000 companies as of September 2025. It already digitizes the workflow from employee application to supervisor approval to accounting settlement, reducing mistakes and making work faster. Now with the AI agent, this process becomes even easier because it can generate applications automatically using past data and linked records.

On the same day, ラクス launched a TV commercial called Excited Employees in the Kanto and Kansai regions. It shows Kenichi Takito and Natsuko Yokozawa reacting to how the AI fills out expense reports. The commercial is funny and shows how AI can become a practical partner for office work.
