Ricoh Japan Corporation Hokkaido Branch, Digital Information Technology Corporation, and Money Forward, Inc. have concluded a comprehensive collaboration agreement to promote DX in the southern Hokkaido area of Hakodate City, Hokkaido, on Friday, November 28, 2025.
In recent years, with the rapid advancement of digital technology and changes in social structures, improving productivity through digitalization has become essential in corporate activities. In particular, digitalization plays an important role in resolving issues such as addressing labor shortages at companies and transforming into new business models to maintain the competitiveness of local industries.
However, small and medium-sized enterprises in the southern Hokkaido region are currently facing barriers such as a lack of specialized personnel and know-how, making it difficult for them to make progress with digitalization. In light of this background, the three companies have decided to work together to promote DX throughout the region.
