DXSTAR for Bank Unveils First Community Platform

NTT DX Partners, Inc. will collaborate with Chiba Kogyo Bank, Ltd. to launch Chiba Co-Lab, a community platform that supports the sustainable growth of local companies and the promotion of DX (digital transformation), on Monday, October 6, 2025.

Chiba Co-Lab is a community platform that utilizes DXSTAR for Bank*1, a corporate digital transformation support platform for financial institutions provided by NTT DX Partners. It addresses a wide range of issues faced by local companies, including digitalization, business improvement, and organizational development, and provides a place where managers and practitioners of local companies can connect, learn from each other, and think together about the next step in resolving these issues.

While local small and medium-sized enterprises recognize the importance of corporate transformation through DX, they still face persistent challenges such as not knowing who to consult and not having the opportunity to learn about other companies’ examples.
