パーソナル・ヘルス・テック., which operates “Kensapo,” a service that supports corporate health management through SaaS and BPO, has raised a total of 300 million yen through the issuance of convertible bonds in its Series A round on September 25, 2025, with the underwriting being the “SIIFIC Wellness Investment Limited Partnership,” which is jointly managed by SIIF Impact Capital Inc. and the Social Change Promotion Foundation.

今回の延長ラウンドでは、SIIFICウェルネスファンドを新たな投資家として迎え入れ、VC、CVCを含む本シリーズの投資家総数は4社となりました。
