NTT Technocross Corporation will begin offering “HM-neo academic,” a university-optimized version of “HM-neo,” the health management system that holds the No. 1 share among major corporations in the health management solutions market, from early April 2026.
In recent years, obesity rates and mental health problems among university students have been on the rise, creating a need for increased health checkup attendance rates and improved health guidance. However, due to staff shortages and cost constraints, many university health management centers have been slow to digitize and centralize health management information, and as a result, they continue to rely on paper documents and manual procedures at the counter. As a result, it is difficult to improve operational efficiency and student services.

In response to these challenges, NTT Technocross is offering “HM-neo academic,” a low-cost implementation solution that optimizes functionality and terminology for universities, building on the track record and know-how it has cultivated with its corporate health management system “HM-neo.” Introducing “HM-neo academic” enables centralized management and operation of health management information for students and faculty, supporting prompt and appropriate health guidance. Users can also view health records and schedule appointments from their smartphones, greatly improving convenience. This will support the promotion of health management and digital transformation (DX) at universities.
