This service was developed with the aim of being utilized by executives, human resources personnel, and managers facing challenges such as improving productivity, human resource development, and engagement, with the goal of realizing the sustainable growth of people and organizations by enabling each employee to work more “in their own way” and with more meaning. Based on the concept of “performance design,” which involves “designing” the cycle of goals, actions, and growth, the proprietary AI supports goal setting based on employees’ aspirations and career vision. It draws out employees’ intrinsic motivation and creates a “system that enables continuous results.”
Following on from the existing HR evaluation cloud “Cateras HR Evaluation,” this is the core product of the “Cateras®” series, which aims to comprehensively improve a company’s “work environment” and maximize organizational results.
