Zelen Strategy & Digital Co., Ltd. and Vietnamese IT services company BAP IT CO., JSC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic partnership to support corporate transformation and accelerated growth in the digital age.
In an era where the success or failure of digital transformation determines a company’s survival, many Japanese companies are facing a crisis in both the speed of transformation and global competitiveness. In particular, a combination of unclear needs and goal setting, a lack of expertise in change management, and a chronic shortage of IT personnel has led to projects being abandoned or significantly delayed. As demand for integrated DX support, from strategy formulation to implementation, rapidly increases, BAP and Zelen have concluded this partnership, believing that combining Zelen’s strategic planning and requirements definition capabilities with BAP’s world-class technology development and abundant human resources will enable them to solve the fundamental challenges of promoting DX.
Through this collaboration, the two companies will work closely together, with Zelen taking the lead in identifying management issues, formulating solutions, and promoting change, while BAP will take the lead in technology implementation and system construction, creating an integrated support system between strategy planners and development teams. ゼレン‘s strength in advising management will help clarify “what the issues are, what we should aim for, and how we should change,” while BAP‘s strength in large-scale development will eliminate “development delays due to a lack of personnel,” achieving both a significant reduction in rework and increased development speed.

Furthermore, by optimally combining the expertise of both companies according to the characteristics of each project and the needs of each client, we will provide companies of various industries and scales with “consistent, high-speed DX support, from conceptualization to implementation and operation,” which was previously difficult to achieve, and help them achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
Starting in fiscal year 2025, the two companies will begin full-scale collaborative projects, combining their strengths to improve service quality and expand the scope of their services. Through this partnership, they will support true digital transformation for Japanese companies, contributing to sustainable growth and innovation.
