Ad-Sol Nissin Co., Ltd. and Future Artisan Co., Ltd. have entered into a strategic partnership to realize a sustainable society.
Additionally, the two companies will announce a new joint initiative called “Sustainable Factory IoT (SF-IoT),” which will provide strong support for the promotion of sustainability management and GX (Green Transformation), primarily among companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.
As sustainability disclosure standards are being formulated and the importance of non-financial information for companies increases, reducing environmental impact throughout the supply chain, maximizing resource efficiency, and ensuring traceability are becoming urgent issues, especially in process manufacturing industries. In addition, the standards published by the Sustainability Standards Board of Japan (SSBJ) require prime listed companies with a market capitalization of 3 trillion yen or more to disclose greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3) in climate change-related information disclosures from the fiscal year ending March 2027, and companies are being urged to take action early.
