AI inside to learn models specifically for forms, and “AnyData” allows AI to learn each form individually, making it possible to handle a wide variety of forms, including standard and non-standard, handwritten and complex layouts. 2.全文OCRにより文書内の全テキスト情報を読み取り、生成AIにより項目情報を抽出するソリューション。

Necessary items are extracted and digitized with high precision using SLM “PolySphere,” which specializes in processing Japanese documents. This automates complex document processing that was previously done manually, dramatically improving the accuracy and efficiency of operations. To provide higher quality, transcosmos’ correction tools are utilized to optimize the process.

We use two different solutions depending on the characteristics and difficulty of the documents, and proceed with the digitization of non-standard documents. In conjunction with this digitization, we review and streamline existing processes to optimize the entire business process. In addition, on-premise operation with “AI inside Cube” ensures a high-security environment without relying on external servers, and enables safe and efficient data processing even in operations that handle confidential information.
