In response to the expansion of the SaaS market, IT distributor SB C&S has launched a dedicated SaaS team, “Cloud Service Concierge,” to promote marketing and sales support for SaaS products. In addition, SB C&S provides “ClouDX,” a platform for sales partners for subscription contract and renewal management, which allows for centralized management of SaaS products, which have different contract formats for each product.
