Tech Touch Co., Ltd., which develops and provides the AI-based next-generation DAP “Tech Touch” and has the largest share of the domestic DAP market, is pleased to announce that TIS Inc. has signed a platform contract for “Tech Touch” and has decided to promote its use throughout the company. As the first step in this initiative, the company has completed the introduction of the system to the business management cloud “ServiceNow” operated by the company, and plans to gradually expand it to other systems, such as core systems, in the future.
TIS has promoted business efficiency and internal information sharing by utilizing the business management cloud “ServiceNow” as an information infrastructure for workflow management of request applications and inquiries, as well as publishing and searching various guides and FAQs. In addition, the company places importance on ease of use for employees and is working on continuous system improvements.
There have been many requests from users regarding improvements to the UI/UX of the internal system. However, various factors make it difficult to make flexible and rapid improvements. Specifically, there were issues such as constraints on the specifications of cloud services and securing development personnel.

In an annual internal survey, requests for improvements to the UI (operation screen) accounted for 38% of all responses, with a particularly notable need for quick access to guides and FAQs. In response to this feedback, TIS was considering using a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) as a measure to further increase the value of using ServiceNow.
