TekStart, a prominent provider of semiconductor and semiconductor intellectual property (SIP) solutions, has entered into a distribution agreement with Techno Mathematical Co. Ltd. (TMATH), a recognized leader in advanced video processing technologies. This strategic partnership is set to deliver TMATH’s cutting-edge hardware and software CODEC solutions, along with its System-on-Chip (SoC) platforms, to the fast-expanding embedded systems market through TekStart’s semiconductor solutions division, ChipStart.

As part of the agreement, TekStar will represent and promote TMATH’s CODEC technologies and advanced algorithmic solutions across North America. The initiative will focus particularly on applications involving video and image processing, AI and machine learning, electronic toll collection, optical systems, and intelligent IoT sensor systems—further positioning both companies at the forefront of innovation in embedded technology.
