Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (Mitsubishi Fuso) and Hino Motors, Ltd. Hino has signed agreements to combine their operations. This is part of a larger strategy for collaboration.
They will form a new holding company. Mitsubishi Fuso and Hino will both become wholly owned subsidiaries. This new entity will start operations in April 2026. It will receive strategic investment from Daimler Truck and Toyota Motor Corporation.
