STELAQ Corporation, a company providing engineering services in the software field, has signed a service partnership agreement with Siemens K.K. Digital Industries Software in the field of software development in the automotive industry.
Through this partnership, STELAQ will utilize Siemens’ AUTOSAR-compliant basic software (BSW) and development support tools to provide training and engineering services related to in-vehicle software development toward the realization of Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs).
STELAQ, which was spun off from SOLIZE Corporation in January 2025, offers software development, third-party verification, and international standard compliance consulting services in fields that demand high quality. Most recently, the company has launched software education services and is working to develop human resources in the IT field through the operation of vocational training schools and engineer training for companies.

Siemens’ Capital™ Embedded AR Classic (formerly Capital™ VSTAR Software) is an AUTOSAR-compliant basic software (BSW) based on more than 25 years of experience in in-vehicle embedded software and many years of AUTOSAR mass production experience, and is the core in-vehicle basic software for the future SDV era. Based on this core technology, we will strengthen the competitiveness of the automotive industry with an end-to-end software design methodology that looks ahead to future SDVs.
At STELAQ, many engineers are already engaged in in-vehicle software development together with automakers and supplier customers, and are also participating in development projects using AUTOSAR-compliant basic software. In recent years, customers have been demanding more highly skilled personnel, and this coincided with Siemens‘ desire to support this demand, leading to the conclusion of this partnership agreement.
