The API integration between “HR BPaaS” and “SmartHR” will promote the work efficiency of HR personnel and improve convenience for employees.
Until now, human resources personnel who used “SmartHR” for personnel and labor management could sometimes go to great lengths to process data in order to link it to the payroll system when performing payroll calculations.
Now that “HR BPaaS” and “SmartHR” have achieved API integration, it will be possible to take advantage of the data item history management function of “HR BPaaS” to perform detailed payroll calculation operations, such as handling delayed employee applications and retroactive payments.
