Labor Inc., a subsidiary of Ceres Inc., will begin a service partnership with CrowdLinks, a high-class specialized side job and part-time job matching service operated by CrowdWorks Inc., from May 16, 2025. Through this partnership, Labor will strengthen its support for side jobs and freelance talent through the “labol” bonus service provided to users of “CrowdLinks.”
Labol has been supporting freelancers and SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses) in improving their cash flow through its AI factoring service “labol,” which purchases invoices from these businesses, and its card payment service “labol Card Payment,” which allows businesses to defer payments for business expenses by credit card.
“Crowd Links” is one of the largest matching services in Japan, with over 120,000 registered high-class part-time and freelance talent. It matches current talent from top companies and professionals with specialized skills who are not available in the recruitment/job change market with companies looking for immediate talent, helping to solve management issues.

As a Ceres group company that aims to “create a richer world through Internet marketing,” Labor will continue to support the business growth of freelancers and SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses) through the development and operation of financial services that utilize technology.
