Kaonavi, a talent management system provided by Kaonavi Inc., will begin offering the “Formation Builder” function, which centrally manages transfer proposals submitted by each department.
This function will streamline the cumbersome compilation work that occurs when considering transfers, this enables smooth and appropriate personnel placement based on strategy.
As the mobility of human resources increases in society, personnel placement considerations have become more complicated than ever before, including human resource development based on human capital management, strategic organizational changes, and the individual’s intentions regarding transfers. The scale and timing of transfers vary from company to company, with some companies making large-scale transfers every six months and others making transfers almost every month, but in all cases, HR departments are struggling with the complex and large volume of transfer work. In particular, it is said that the HR department is burdened with a large amount of work to consolidate and organize the transfer proposals submitted by each department. Time is taken up by tasks such as collecting information in different formats, pointing out and correcting input errors and omissions, and confirming transfer requests, and the time required for transfer consideration is running out.
To solve this problem, we developed “Formation Builder.” The data collection and confirmation that was previously done manually has been systemized, making it possible to carry out smooth transfer considerations within a unified database.
