HelloBoss, a third-generation AI recruitment service provided by NGA Inc., a developer and operator of next-generation online services, has entered into a partnership with HelloTalk, the world’s largest language exchange platform, operated by HelloTalk Japan LLC. By establishing a mechanism to encourage mutual use within both services, HelloTalk’s language learning users will have greater access to career advancement opportunities, while HelloBoss users will have an environment where they can interact with global talent and smoothly advance their language learning. This will allow both services to leverage each other’s strengths to provide users with a more fulfilling experience and opportunities for growth, while also expanding awareness and strengthening their community base with an eye toward global expansion.
HelloTalk is the world’s largest language exchange platform, with over 70 million users from over 200 countries. As of October 2025, there are over 260,000 active Japanese users, creating a platform where users can practice languages through real-life conversations with native speakers both in Japan and overseas.
HelloBoss is one of Japan’s largest AI recruitment platforms, and distributes its English-language version worldwide, offering a number of free AI job-hunting support features, including English resume generation.

Under this partnership, the two companies have agreed to establish mutual registration channels within each other’s services. This will provide HelloTalk language learning users with opportunities to expand their career options, and create an environment where HelloBoss users can more easily interact with international talent and learn languages.
