Ghibli Inc. will rebrand its digital talent recruitment and training platform “Track” as a new skill development platform for AI/digital talent and begin offering it on November 13, 2025.
“Track” integrates recruitment, training, evaluation, and placement based on skills, enabling a “Skills First” digital talent strategy. Using skill data from over one million people and AI technology, it maximizes a company’s digital capabilities.
As the shortage of digital talent worsens, many companies are working on reskilling and DX talent development. However, each measure, such as defining talent requirements, visualizing skills, providing learning opportunities, and talent placement and evaluation, is being implemented individually and optimally, and is not mutually coordinated.

Many companies are unable to achieve satisfactory results due to this “fragmentation.”
To solve this problem, we have completely redesigned Track as a “Skill First” platform, leveraging the skills data we have accumulated since 2013 and AI technology to connect each initiative through the common language of “skills,” and developed new features.
