BAKUTAN and Digital Hearts Group have started working together on a new platform called AI Collaborative HumanOps OS. The goal is to build a system where AI and human workers operate together while also improving how companies train, manage, and grow their workforce.
BAKUTAN is providing the core AI technology for the project. That includes its HR focused architecture called Intelligent HR and its conversational AI tools such as the interviewer agent Q. These technologies will form the base of the new operating platform.
Digital Hearts brings a very specific operational environment into this project. The company runs large scale game debugging services and manages a workforce of about 8,000 testers. Many of them are hired based on their passion for games rather than traditional hiring criteria. Over the years the company has built its own internal system to train and grow talent through work itself.

The new platform will combine workforce management and daily operations in one place. Testers will use AI agents to verify their tasks while they enhance their abilities and receive work performance improvement recommendations. The system enables managers to monitor operational progress while maintaining quality standards and tracking key performance indicators through live data analysis.
The system will also include AI tools for career guidance, team assignment, workforce analytics, and employee support. Both companies see the project as a step toward building an AI native operational model where human growth, operational efficiency, and management visibility improve together.
