HQ Co., Ltd., whose vision is to “transform employee benefits from a cost to an investment,” has entered into a business partnership with Kaonabi Co., Ltd. and will begin handling Kaonabi’s next-generation employee benefit service “Cafeteria HQ” from May 2025.
Since Cafeteria HQ was launched in April 2024, we have received many inquiries like the ones below, and the service is being adopted by customers of various sizes and industries.
We want to review or introduce new employee benefit systems as part of our efforts to promote human capital management and resolve personnel issues.

You are currently using traditional employee benefit services, but are facing issues with utilization rates, content, costs, and operational burdens.
Although they were interested in cafeteria plans, traditional employee benefits services did not fit their company’s HR strategy.
In light of this situation, we are working to develop sales channels through dealers in addition to direct sales, and as part of this effort, we have entered into a business partnership with Kaonavi.
