NTT Data Group’s Fortience Consulting Co., Ltd. and USE Co., Ltd. announced a partnership to introduce a new consulting service, Strategic HR Accelerator. The service aims to help corporate HR departments shift from traditional, task-focused operations to strategic, data-driven functions that directly contribute to business growth.
The Strategic HR Accelerator combines USE’s human capital data diagnostic and visualization service, CHROFY, with Fortience’s extensive HR consulting expertise. Together, they allow enterprises to depict and scrutinize human capital data, thereby improving the accuracy and functioning of HR strategies.
As human capital management turns into a main business concern, organizations must take up the role of managers and guide their employees for the new and competitive market that is constantly changing. However, many businesses still face difficulties in switching to ‘strategic HR’ due to the dispersed or underuse of their HR data and confines in their analytical capabilities.

To address these challenges, Fortience and USE developed the Strategic HR Accelerator to help HR departments lay the groundwork for becoming strategic partners in business. The service begins with visualizing and analyzing human capital information, enabling HR teams to base decisions on accurate, objective data rather than intuition alone.
Using CHROFY, the service visualizes data across up to ten categories and ninety-two indicators, covering areas such as workforce placement, systems and operations, recruitment, and retention. It also identifies key HR indicators that require monitoring and disclosure, ensuring that companies can track what matters most. This approach helps strengthen the link between HR insights and management strategy.
The Strategic HR Accelerator operates in two phases. Phase 1, the human capital data diagnostic service (about two months), integrates a client’s system data into a structured data infrastructure, assesses the content, conducts integration research, and determines how human capital information can be visualized. Besides, it takes stock of the compatibility of HR and business strategies, determines the most relevant indicators, and then proposes recommendations to be taken in future.
The second phase, strategic HR acceleration consulting (a period of three or more months), provides a customized approach to data collection, handling and displaying, HR KPI design and operations, HR function transformation, and human capital disclosure. This phase is customized for each company’s unique needs and stage of HR maturity.
The service is priced at 3.5 million yen (excluding tax) for Phase 1, while Phase 2 is offered through individual quotes. A limited-time offer provides a 15 percent discount on Phase 1 for the first five companies to sign up.
